WHAT HAPPENS AFTER SUBMITTING MY ORDER?
Upon receiving your order, we will process and send you a confirmation on the product availability within 2 to 3 working days.

HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENT?
Upon receiving our confirmation on product availability, we will also advise you on the total amount payable. You have 3 business days from the day you receive our confirmation email.

Payment is to be made via ATM / Internet Banking to our OCBC account. The details will be provided in our confirmation email.

You are required to notify us either through via email after the payment is made with transaction details accompanied with a photo or screen shot of the transaction.

POSTAGE

• Free normal postage for all items within Singapore.
• Additional $2.50 for registered mail.
• Additional $10 for Courier service (Speedpost)

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• FULL PAYMENT MUST BE PAID within 3 working days from the day you receiving the confirmation from us, otherwise we have the right to cancel your order and pass on to next waiting list buyer.
• No Cancellation once order confirmation and payment.
• Ready stocks will be sent out within 3 working days after payment made.
• Designs and color of baby clothes vary for each bouquet.
